About the ACCA

The Australian Crohn's and Colitis Association (ACCA) is a registered non-profit organisation "committed to finding a cure while providing support for the care and wellbeing of people living with crohn's disease and colitis". The ACCA is the peak patient body representing people with inflammatory bowel disease (IBD).

Vision and Mission

The Vision To become the leading organisation committed to finding a cure while providing support for the care and wellbeing of people living with Crohn's disease and Colitis in our society. The Mission To support the Crohn's and Colitis community with a focus on confidential support programs including education, advocacy, counseling, increasing awareness and generating and utilising funds for research and support.

The Australian Crohn's and Colitis Association (ACCA) supports the Crohn's and Colitis community through confidential support programs including:

• Advocacy,
• Counselling,
• Increasing Awareness of IBD, and
