Chocolate sultana cake
Healthy, easy to make chocolate sultana cake.
Ingredients
Serves 6
- 1 cup self-raising flour
- 2 tbsp cocoa powder
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 3/4 cup skim milk
- 1 cup sultanas
Method
- Beat eggs and sugar well. Add milk and sultanas and mix well.
- Add mixture to sifted flour and cocoa. Mix well.
- Pour mixture into lined cake tin. Bake at 180°C for 40 minutes or until a skewer comes out clean.
