Yoghurt Crumble Cups

Ingredients

Serves 2

  • 1/4 cup natural muesli
  • 1 cup canned fruit in natural juice, diced (e.g. plums, fruit salad, pears, peaches, apricots, etc)
  • 200 g Australian reduced fat vanilla yoghurt
  • Cinnamon, to taste


Method

  1. Layer the muesli, fruit and yoghurt into 2 serving cups.
  2. Dust with cinnamon and serve.
