Yoghurt Crumble Cups
Ingredients
Serves 2
- 1/4 cup natural muesli
- 1 cup canned fruit in natural juice, diced (e.g. plums, fruit salad, pears, peaches, apricots, etc)
- 200 g Australian reduced fat vanilla yoghurt
- Cinnamon, to taste
Method
- Layer the muesli, fruit and yoghurt into 2 serving cups.
- Dust with cinnamon and serve.
