Frozen Maple Syrup Buttermilk Terrine

Ingredients

Serves: 6

• 2 cups Australian reduced fat natural yoghurt
• 1 cup Australian buttermilk
• 1/4 cup maple syrup
• pulp of 6 passionfruits, for serving

Method

1. Using an electric beater, beat together the yoghurt, buttermilk and maple syrup. Pour into a large freezer-proof bowl and freeze until partially set.
2. Remove from freezer and beat with an electric mixer until smooth. pour into a 25 x 8 cm bar tin and freeze overnight or until set. Slice and serve drizzled with passionfruit.
