Frozen Maple Syrup Buttermilk Terrine

Ingredients
Serves: 6
- 2 cups Australian reduced fat natural yoghurt
- 1 cup Australian buttermilk
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- pulp of 6 passionfruits, for serving
Method
- Using an electric beater, beat together the yoghurt, buttermilk and maple syrup. Pour into a large freezer-proof bowl and freeze until partially set.
- Remove from freezer and beat with an electric mixer until smooth. pour into a 25 x 8 cm bar tin and freeze overnight or until set. Slice and serve drizzled with passionfruit.
