Ingredients

Serves: 1

  • 15 cm wholemeal or white baguette
  • 25 g reduced salt ham, thinly sliced
  • 1 slice (20 g) Australian Swiss-style reduced fat cheese
  • 10 g baby spinach leaves
  • 1 radish, thinly sliced
  • Freshly ground black pepper, to taste


Method

  1. Slice baguette and fill with ham, cheese, spinach and radish.
  2. Season with pepper and serve.
