How much exercise does a person need in his daily life?

A minimum of 30 minutes a day is recommended, however it is individual to each person and their normal daily physical output/ Nutritional intake and metabolism.

You need to get at least an hour of basic exersize everyday to keep healthy.

Yeah... exercise every day for just an hour or a half is a good thing for our body... a healthy body...

Yes, exercise is best for our health. It depends on your body limit that how much time you do exercise. A good exercise of 20 is perfect and A bad exercise of 1 hour is bad for you.

30 minutes a day is too little to keep healthy, It depends on your body limit that how much time you do exercise.

This 30 mins of exercise daily is this just to stay fit or can it help in losing weight? I also think that it would really depend on ones body mass...if you're big of course you need more exercise!!!
