Blood is a complex mixture of cells, proteins, and other molecules, among whose functions are the transport of oxygen, nutrients to body tissues,and the removal of wastes. Because of blood's importance there are many disorders, including their symptoms, diagnosis, development, and treatments available.

My blood group is A positive and my husbands is B positive yet one of our sons has AB negative blood type, can anyone tell me if this possible.

It should be able to give you an idea of how Blood groups, genetics and blood antigens work.

As the previous post has explained how the blood groupings can be inherited, the rhesus negative factor can be inherited from two positive parents from a silent allele from the Grandparent :)
