Description
Muscular Dystrophy Awareness Month will also see the launch of Superhero Sam, a new ambassador joining the fight against muscular dystrophy. The Superhero Sam Programme is aimed at raising awareness of the issues faced by children living with muscular dystrophy and other neuromuscular disorders.
Muscular dystrophy can often cause a significant loss of mobility, which in turn can create a sense of isolation that is difficult for both the child living with muscular dystrophy and their friends to understand.Location:
