The usual dose is 250–500 mg given twice daily.The maximum recommended daily dose is 1250 mg.Juvenile rheumatoid arthritis10–15 mg/kg daily in 2 divided doses.DysmenorrhoeaThe initial recommended dose is 500 mgThis is followed by 250 mg every 6–8 hours as required.MigraineThe initial recommended dose is 750 mg initiallyThis is followed an additional 250–500 mg after a time period of at least 1 hour if required.Schedule of Naprogesic:
