Standard Days Contraception Method (Fertility)


Standard Days Contraception

The standards days methods is a calendar based method of contraception which is suitable for use by women with menstrual cycles 26-32 days in length.

   
Start date of fertile period for this menstrual cycle:
End date of fertile period for this menstrual cycle:
If you intend to have intercourse between [start fertile period] and [end fertile period] you should use an alternative method of contraception.
