Welcome to this fortnight's edition of Heath eNews!
With the festive season here many of us will be enjoying good food with friends and family. It is not a time of year to start a diet.
However, Australia rivals the USA in terms of obesity and heat disease so once the festivities subside, it is worth considering your health goals for 2009. More importantly it is about putting those plans into action. This edition will give you ‘food for thought’ and there are no calories in that.
